Hotwife Labs is a consent-first platform. If content depicting you exists on this Service without your consent — or you believe any content violates our rules or the law — we want to know, and we will act fast.

Report non-consensual content

If you believe an intimate visual depiction of you (real or AI-generated) exists on this Service without your consent, email removal@hotwifelabs.com with:

Enough information to identify the content (description, and any identifiers you have);
A statement that the depiction is of you (or of a person you are legally authorized to represent) and that it was created or is maintained without consent;
Contact information so we can follow up.

Our commitment: consistent with the federal TAKE IT DOWN Act, we remove reported non-consensual intimate imagery, and any identified copies of it, within 48 hours of a valid report — typically much faster. You do not need a lawyer, a court order, or an account to make a report.

We will not retaliate against good-faith reporters, and we treat reports confidentially. Where the report indicates criminal conduct, we cooperate with law enforcement.

Withdraw your consent

If you previously completed a consent record and no longer consent to appearing in an account's content: log into the account flow you used, or email removal@hotwifelabs.com from the contact you verified with. Withdrawal removes your associated media and blocks further generation featuring you.

Report suspected child sexual abuse material

Zero tolerance. Email abuse@hotwifelabs.com immediately. Verified CSAM is removed at once and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by 18 U.S.C. §2258A. You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org.

Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3) — identifying the work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and your physical or electronic signature — to legal@hotwifelabs.com (Subject: "DMCA Notice"). We respond expeditiously and terminate repeat infringers.

What happens after you report

We acknowledge receipt of your report.
We review the content and, where the report is valid, remove it (NCII: within 48 hours, including identified copies).
We take account-level action where our rules were violated — up to permanent termination.
We notify you of the outcome where we are able to.
