Privacy isn't a feature of Hotwife Labs — it's the product. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have. The short version: your content stays yours, nothing is public, nothing trains AI models, and you can erase everything in one click.
Email address, hashed password (we never store plaintext passwords), account creation date, and your confirmation that you are 18 or older.
Photos you upload, consent records for depicted persons, voice-clone consent recordings, generated captions, stories, audio files, and videos, and the preference selections used to generate them.
Subscriptions are processed by specialist third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card number. We store your plan, billing cycle, and subscription status. Charges appear under a discreet, neutral billing descriptor.
Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security, fraud prevention, and abuse response, retained on a rolling short-term basis. We use a single session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you logged in. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics pixels.
Content is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Media lives in private object storage that is never publicly accessible; every retrieval requires your authenticated session. Passwords are hashed with an industry-standard key-derivation function. Session tokens are stored hashed. Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
We share data only with service providers necessary to run the Service — hosting and storage infrastructure, payment processors, age-verification providers (where legally required), and CSAM-scanning services — each bound to use it only to provide their service to us. We disclose information to authorities when legally compelled, or where necessary to report CSAM as required by law.
Depending on where you live (e.g., GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Most of these are available directly in the app; for anything else, email privacy@hotwifelabs.com and we will respond within the legally required window. We do not discriminate against users who exercise privacy rights.
The Service is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Where required by law, we use third-party age-assurance providers at signup; we store only the pass/fail result, not your identity documents.
Our infrastructure runs on a global edge network. Where data crosses borders, we rely on our providers' standard contractual safeguards.
We will announce material changes to this policy on the site or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
